The tarte flambée is simply perfect; we're never disappointed: well-filled, excellent pastry. The service is very professional and fast, even when almost all the tables are occupied.Excellent value for money.This restaurant is a sure bet!

We went to dinner at the Eselbahn inn, famous for itsflammekueches.The inn is located on the side of the road at the foot of a pink sandstone cliff.We dined on the terrace, very pleasant surrounded by dense vegetation.So we ordered some flams which turned out to be delicious and perfect.The dough is ultra thin and cooking over a fire gives it a unique crispiness. These are the best flams I have eaten.The choice is vast.The menu also includes pizzas made with the same dough, very good, but also traditional regional dishes such as cordon bleu or spatzle.The only downside is that due to the crowds, the service is a little long but nothing to worry about, the setting is friendly and the staff are very cheerful.

We were there, the whole team of "Brass Broken" 10 12 2024 for the "buewespätzle" we had a great time, the sisters in charge were super nice, we're going back on 15 04 for the calf's head. I can't wait to be there...!
